This role would suit an experienced, Property Manager wanting to utilise their experience to maintain and build great relationships. JOB DUTIES: - Manage your own portfolio of ~120 residential properties - Handle emails and enquiries, tenant/owner enquiries - Maintenance requests for the portfolio as required - Lease renewals, do condition reports and inspections as required with support - Anything else as deemed necessary for portfolio management - Monday - Friday 9am - 5:30 pm NO WEEKENDS WHATS ON OFFER: - $75,000-85,000 Super - Phone, laptop or tools of the trade are provided - Social events - Career progression With a flexible and fun working culture, you have the opportunity to get away from your desk and explore activities and team building events.
